Job summary

RTX, the world’s largest aerospace and defense company, seeks an Associate Director, Talent Partner for Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality (OSCQ). You will work with senior leaders to align talent strategy with RTX priorities and strengthen leadership pipelines across the organization.

You will drive workforce planning, leadership development, and succession planning, using data to address capability gaps and guide leaders through transformational changes in operating models and workforce

Qualifications

• Typically requires minimum of 12 years of relevant experience or minimum of 10 years of experience with an advanced degree. Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in HR or talent management.
• Knowledge of talent assessment, succession planning, workforce analytics, and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior executive leaders and HR Business Partners to align talent decisions with RTX priorities.
• Assess organizational talent needs and collaborate with HRBPs and Centers of Excellence to implement solutions across workforce planning, succession, leadership development, and team effectiveness.
• Leverage data insights to anticipate capability needs, address gaps, and drive targeted development actions.
• Lead talent and succession planning to build a pipeline of future-ready leaders.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and Talent COEs to enhance readiness of critical talent and deliver enterprise-aligned solutions.
• Support leadership assessments and guide leaders in driving organizational effectiveness and cultural alignment.
• Advise executive leaders on talent strategies, leadership effectiveness, and enable organizational readiness for transformation initiatives, including redesigns, operating model changes, and workforce transitions.
• Apply change management methodologies to enhance adoption of new processes and practices.
