RTX is seeking an Associate Director, Talent Partner for Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality (OSCQ) to strengthen leadership pipelines and advise senior leaders on talent strategies. You will drive integrated talent initiatives across a complex organization and work with executives to enable transformation and readiness.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience or 10+ years with advanced degree.
• Experience in HR or talent management.
• Knowledge of talent assessment, succession planning, workforce analytics, and leadership development.
• Experience leading talent initiatives across global or matrixed organizations.

Aufgaben

• Partner with senior executive leaders and HR Business Partners to align talent decisions with RTX priorities.
• Assess organizational talent needs and collaborate with HRBPs and COEs to implement solutions across workforce planning, succession, leadership development, and team effectiveness.
• Leverage data insights to anticipate capability needs, address gaps, and drive targeted development actions.
• Lead talent and succession planning to build a pipeline of future-ready leaders.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and Talent COEs to enhance readiness of critical talent and deliver enterprise-aligned solutions.
• Support leadership assessments and guide leaders in driving organizational effectiveness and cultural alignment.
