Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent experience with 7+ years in related fields.
- Experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Finance.
- U.S. citizenship is required for access to program/contract information.
- Preferred: strong financial acumen including budgeting and forecasting.
- ERP experience with SAP, PRISM, Kinaxis or equivalent system.
Responsibilities
- Lead MRAD OSC material forecasting and drive forecast accuracy across MRAD program areas.
- Oversee On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance across the MRAD portfolio.
- Lead OSC proposal activities for new MRAD proposals.
- Plan, organize, and manage the proposal development process from start to finish.
- Serve as central point for MRAD Growth & Strategy initiatives and cross-functional alignment.
- Influence decisions across senior leadership and key partners without direct authority.
