Job summary

Creative People, Seattle, is seeking a Senior Agent to lead recruitment for marketing and creative roles. You will source top talent, screen candidates, and act as the trusted liaison between clients and candidates, driving a high-touch experience and strong relationships.

You will work primarily in-office (Mon–Wed in Seattle), build a regional pipeline, and leverage LinkedIn and databases to fill senior roles with startups and enterprise clients.

• Experience in building a robust network of relevant professionals.
• Ability to articulate client needs and candidate qualifications clearly.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and recruitment metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative strategies to attract top talent in your market.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, text, and databases.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified professionals.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess fit and qualifications.
• Facilitate clear communication between clients and candidates.
• Provide timely feedback and manage expectations.
• Negotiate offers ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
• Meet clients in person when local (weekly) to pitch and network.
• Grow your candidate network and submit to multiple opportunities.
