Clark Nuber PS is seeking a Growth & Creative Services Senior Specialist in the greater Seattle area. You will manage the full proposal lifecycle, oversee website and SEO, drive social media, and conduct prospect research to fuel growth.

Collaboration with shareholders and practice leaders ensures strategy translates into action using HubSpot and PM tools. This hybrid role requires structure, ownership, and strong teamwork, with regular in-office schedule in Bellevue, WA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in journalism or communications.
• 3+ years of marketing and/or business development experience.
• Experience supporting multiple constituents in a professional services setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the proposal process from draft to delivery.
• Oversee website content and ensure alignment with brand standards.
• Research and implement SEO improvements across content and site.
• Lead social media strategy and content calendar.
• Collaborate with practitioners to keep materials current.
• Conduct prospect research to identify potential clients.
• Develop inquiry prospecting strategies with niche leaders.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across service lines.
• Research, evaluate, and manage sponsorship opportunities.
• Assist in marketing and BD plans; track performance and adjust.
• Leverage HubSpot to automate workflows and analyze campaigns.
• Track Growth & Creative Services department budget and report.
