Attindas Hygiene Partners in Raleigh, NC seeks a Talent Business Partner to manage full life-cycle recruitment for salaried and professional roles. The role partners with hiring managers, HR teams, and executives to attract, assess, and hire qualified talent while delivering a professional candidate experience.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-oriented, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple requisitions and priorities across local and remote hires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–7 years of HR experience with emphasis in recruitment/talent acquisition.
• Experience managing full life-cycle recruitment processes.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system and HRIS tools (Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobvite).
• Experience supporting recruitment metrics, employment branding, and process improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle recruitment for salaried, professional, and leadership roles.
• Partner with HR and hiring managers to define requirements and profiles.
• Post requisitions and advertise through channels.
• Conduct active candidate searches and screen applicants.
• Build candidate pipelines via networking, referrals, and agencies.
• Pre-screen and assess qualifications, leadership potential and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews and provide interview guidance to teams.
• Maintain applicant progression and documentation in the ATS.
• Prepare offers, background checks, and pre-employment steps.
• Support onboarding coordination for Raleigh and remote hires.
