Job summary

Ramp is hiring a Senior Recruiter to lead critical searches across G&A functions. You will own searches from scoping through close, partnering with leaders across Recruiting, Risk, and other G&A areas.

Develop fluency in each area, translate business needs into hiring strategies, and drive independent decisions with a data-driven approach. This hands-on role requires strong research, assessment, stakeholder partnership, and closing skills, while maintaining speed and a personal candidate

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including leadership of G&A or specialized searches.
• Experience recruiting for Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, People, or Recruiting functions.
• Proven track record of independently leading complex or senior-level searches from scope to offer.
• Ability to map markets, identify signals, and explain why candidates will excel at Ramp.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across G&A functions from intake through close.
• Develop fluency in supported functions to identify signals of exceptional talent.
• Partner with hiring leaders to define hiring thesis and interview plans.
• Build proactive pipelines via market research, sourcing, and referrals.
• Advise leaders using market intelligence and candidate feedback to improve decisions.
• Run high-velocity processes with a strong candidate experience and closing strategies.
