Bond Global is a remote-first talent consultancy serving DeepTech, CleanTech, and BioTech leaders. As a Senior Talent Partner you will embed directly into client accounts, owning end-to-end recruitment with independence and a trusted-advisor approach.

You’ll tackle genuinely complex, niche roles, operating with trust and data rather than KPIs or BD targets. Join a team that champions candour, collaboration, and delivering exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in agency, in-house, RPO, or embedded recruitment.
• Full-desk independence – you don’t need hand-holding to deliver.
• Strong stakeholder management with the confidence to hold honest conversations.
• Excellent data literacy – comfortable pulling reports and telling stories through numbers.
• Creative sourcing toolkit – you go beyond LinkedIn and think outside the box.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment delivery within your embedded client account.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies and maintain a proactive talent pipeline.
• Use data to track performance, spot trends, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with your Lead and wider Bond team – the power of many over the power of one.
• Advise clients on best practice, job descriptions, and market insights.
• Spot commercial opportunities within your account and elevate to your Lead.
• Contribute to Bond's internal culture, knowledge sharing, and team engagement.
