YETI is seeking a Senior Talent Business Partner for the Americas to partner with commercial leaders, driving talent and organizational strategy. You will design workforce plans, shape org design, and lead large-scale change initiatives, while coaching leaders to strengthen organizational capability. This role requires strategic thinking, data-driven insight, and executive-level influence across the Americas.

Competenze

• 8+ years of progressive HR/Talent Business Partner experience with executives.
• Experience supporting commercial/sales organizations is a plus.
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into talent and org design roadmaps.
