Job summary

YETI is seeking a Manager, Talent Business Partner to partner with executive leaders across the Corporate Functions global organization. You will design and execute talent and organizational strategies, build a scalable Talent Business Partner model, and lead a team of Senior Associate Talent Partners to support employee relations and workforce solutions.

You will drive workforce planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives, partnering with Legal, Compliance, and leadership

Qualifications

• Proven experience shaping talent strategy for senior leaders.
• Strong skills in organizational design and workforce planning.
• Experience leading employee relations programs and investigations.
• Track record of driving large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Ability to coach leaders and develop high-potential teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders on talent and org strategy.
• Lead workforce planning, roadmaps, and capability assessments.
• Design scalable org structures and operating models for growth.
• Establish and mature employee relations governance with risk controls.
• Lead and develop Senior Associate Talent Partners for front-line support.
