Job summary

YETI Coolers, LLC is seeking a Manager, Talent Business Partner to partner with executive leaders across the Corporate Functions global organization. You will design and execute forward-looking talent and organizational strategies, lead organizational design, employee relations, and a team of Senior Associate Talent Partners to enable scalable growth and high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR, Talent Business Partner, Employee Relations, or related experience, including significant experience supporting executive-level stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience leading employee relations programs, investigations, performance management processes, and workplace conflict resolution.
• Experience leading, managing, or developing talent teams and/or employee relations functions.
• Proven track record in organizational design, operating model development, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning talent strategy with business priorities.
• Lead organizational design initiatives including restructures, operating model enhancements, and team effectiveness assessments.
• Establish and lead the employee relations function with scalable processes, governance, and standards across the enterprise.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Senior Associate Talent Partners delivering frontline Talent support.
• Drive transformation and change leadership initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Build leadership capability and succession planning to strengthen organizational capability.
