Job summary

YETI is hiring a Manager, Talent Business Partner to partner with executive leaders across the global corporate functions. You will design and execute talent and organizational strategies, build a scalable Talent Business Partner model, and lead a team of Senior Associate Talent Partners delivering front-line talent support across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience including executive-level support.
• Experience leading employee relations programs, investigations, and workplace conflict resolution.
• Experience leading, managing, or developing talent teams and/or employee relations functions.
• Proven track record in organizational design, operating model development, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
• Strong expertise in change management, communication strategies, and transformation efforts.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Talent Partnership: advise senior leaders, align talent strategy with business priorities, and develop proactive talent roadmaps.
• Organizational Design & Effectiveness: lead restructures, role clarity, operating model updates, and team effectiveness assessments.
• Employee Relations Leadership: establish scalable ER processes, handle complex matters with policy alignment and risk management.
• Senior Associate Talent Partner Leadership: guide a team delivering front-line Talent support and manager consultations.
• Transformation & Change Leadership: plan and execute end-to-end change initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Talent & Leadership Development: drive succession planning, leadership development, and retention programs.
