Job summary

Reflection is hiring a Senior Talent Operations Specialist to own the ATS and data behind hiring and to build programs for consistent, high-signal hiring as the team grows. You will run Ashby, manage configurations, and develop reporting for recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in recruiting operations or talent systems with ownership of an ATS and its reporting.
• Deep hands-on Ashby experience, including an implementation, migration or major re-configuration.
• Built dashboards that inform decisions and defined recruiting metrics.
• Comfort with integrations and automation: Zapier, APIs, webhooks.
• Helped build enablement programs for interviewers or hiring managers.
• Owned systems aspects of tool rollouts across teams.
• Clear writer; documents processes and trains others.
• High attention to data quality and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Own Ashby end to end: configuration, permissions, reference data, templates, interview plan structure, feedback forms, openings and job setup standards.
• Build and maintain reporting for all audiences: pipeline health, time to fill, declines, interviewer load, and source effectiveness.
• Maintain data hygiene: audits and fixes.
• Develop materials and track completion for interviewer and hiring manager training against SLAs.
• Own recruiting wiki structure and onboarding for new team members.
• Run candidate experience surveys and implement fixes.
