Job summary

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years of Human Resources, Strategy, or Business Management experience required.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to identify issues and propose data-driven solutions.
• Excellent organization and time management with ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and HR Business Advisors to define, prioritize, drive, and achieve strategic talent management objectives.
• Leverage firmwide standards to scale annual talent processes like promotions, succession planning and talent reviews.
• Support Senior Talent Advisors in MD Promotion Processes and Succession Planning for key roles across the Segment.
