Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a Talent Advisory Executive Director within the TDP segment to drive talent, succession, and performance programs. This senior adviser will partner with HRBAs and firmwide CoEs to align leadership development with business priorities, including AI-led transformation, while acting as 1st Chair on critical talent initiatives.

The role requires driving segment-specific talent processes, coaching senior leaders, and shaping workforce design in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR experience with talent management, succession planning and leadership development in a large matrixed org.
• Experience leading executive talent reviews and succession for senior populations (OC/OC-1 or equivalent).
• Knowledge of promotion processes (MD/ED) and performance reward frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Reviews, succession planning for the TDP segment.
• Partner with HRBAs and ETM to run offsites and processes for Top Guns and OC Potential.
• Serve as 1st Chair in ETM processes and ensure timely delivery.
