Double Good is seeking a Senior Talent Management Specialist to drive talent programs and employee experiences that support our culture of joy. The role partners with the People Team to deliver onboarding, engagement, and performance processes that scale with our growth.

Hybrid work is required with onsite collaboration at our Chicago offices. The role emphasizes cross-functional execution, continuous improvement, and Living Double Good in every teammate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR/OD/Business or related field.
• 5+ years in Talent Management, Employee Experience, or related HR fields.
• Experience supporting performance management and employee engagement surveys.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience designing onboarding programs that are engaging and scalable.
• Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and execution of employee experience programs, vendor partnerships, and logistics.
• Support administration of employee engagement surveys, including setup and action planning.
• Own onboarding program content development and delivery for new hires.
• Deliver learning and development programs to build skills and capabilities.
• Manage UKG LMS, create learning paths, and handle compliance training.
• Coordinate performance management cycles with goals, mid-year reviews, and year-end reviews.
• Support company-wide events, recognitions, and swag for anniversaries and appreciation.
