Job summary

GDM Seeds is seeking a Talent Management professional to join North America operations, partnering with the Global Talent Management COE to execute performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and learning initiatives.

The role is hybrid, with four days in the office and one day remote, requiring collaboration with HRBPs, leaders, and regional teams to drive a high‑performance culture and organizational capability.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields; specialization preferred.
Five or more years of experience in HR, talent management, learning & development, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Experience with performance management, talent review, succession planning, and leadership development.
Experience with HR systems, LMS, and talent management tools.
Experience supporting multi-site or geographically dispersed employee populations.
SHRM-CP, PHR, ATD, or related certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Implement talent management programs in North America in partnership with the Global Talent Management COE, ensuring alignment with global standards and local needs.
Serve as a subject matter resource for North America leaders, employees, and HR Business Partners regarding talent management and development processes.
Prepare the annual training schedule, including course methodology, logistics, and required resources, and communicate delivery schedule with managers and participants.
Generate and monitor training indicators and critically analyze them to propose solutions that support development and align with strategy.
Support the execution of the territory’s Performance Evaluation Cycle and Talent review process, guiding employees to ensure compliance with guidelines.
Analyze and ensure training requests meet TD Policy requirements, and manage supplier negotiations to ensure quality delivery.
Ensure TD digital tools are functional and propose improvements.
Support leadership development programs across North America in collaboration with COE.
Partner with the COE to provide feedback and address regional needs for program improvements.
Identify regional development opportunities and communicate recommendations through talent processes.
Develop relationships with educational institutions and external providers to expand development opportunities.
Monitor participation and outcomes of talent programs and provide regular reporting to HR leadership and COE.
Coordinate talent management communications to ensure timely completion of activities and adherence to timelines.
Support change management, communication, and adoption activities related to talent initiatives.
Administratively manage training programs and related payments per internal policy.
Support HRBPs with budget follow-ups.
Performs other duties as assigned.
