Job summary

Niowave, Inc. in Lansing, MI seeks a Senior Talent Engagement Specialist to lead full‑cycle recruitment for technical and professional roles.

You will build sourcing strategies, advise hiring managers, and support payroll-related processes in a fast-paced, 24/7/365 environment. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in recruiting, strong ATS experience, and a track record of cross‑functional collaboration within a regulated manufacturing/pharma context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Employment Law, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive recruiting experience including recruiting technical/professional candidates.
• 5+ years of experience with ATS, internet recruiting, advertising, interviewing, and staffing assessment.

• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary matrix and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manages full-cycle recruitment for technical and professional positions across the organization.
• Develops and executes sourcing strategies using networks, social media, external partnerships and outreach.
• Gains understanding of departments, priorities, and workforce needs to provide recruiting guidance.
• Advises hiring managers on sourcing strategy, labor market conditions, and hiring outcomes.
