Qualifications

• Preferred Associate’s degree; required High School Diploma with at least one year of Sales/Customer Service experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate clearly in individual or group settings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong speaking and organizational/time management skills; ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Detail-oriented and timely in meeting deadlines and objectives.
• Ability to address and resolve customer inquiries and conduct workshops/orientations.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual assessments to provide career guidance for job seekers, focusing on WIOA eligibility.
• Provide detailed case management to assist employment preparation for self-sufficiency.
• Assist customers in maintaining eligibility by ensuring attendance at training and workshops and performing job searches.
• Coordinate and track supportive services such as childcare and transportation.
• Develop and maintain community resources to support program goals and participant success.
• Provide labor market information and ensure contract deliverables and goals are met.
• Outreach to employers and agencies to place participants in subsidized employment.
• Monitor participant progress and submit payroll information; prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
