Cordis, LLC is seeking a senior HR professional to lead organization design and talent development in a globally influential cardiovascular technology company. You will partner with the CHRO and senior leaders to shape structure, roles, succession, and leadership programs to drive performance across the business.

The role requires 12+ years in organization design and talent development, with strong HRBP experience, and a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred).

Qualifications

• 12+ years’ experience in organization design & development, and talent development; progressive HR or HRBP experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business or related field; Master’s preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead organization design projects (restructuring, delayering, matrix or hybrid models) and advise on role mapping and implementation plans.
• Design and implement leadership and management development programs tied to competencies and business outcomes.
• Build succession planning and talent review processes for critical roles; facilitate talent calibration sessions.
• Use data and workforce analytics to diagnose gaps, model scenarios and measure program ROI.
