Job summary

Jacobs Management Group is seeking a Manager of Organizational Development / Talent Development Manager for a global medical device client in Southwest Florida. You will own the U.S. talent strategy, run the OD department, and partner with regions outside the U.S.

to drive global alignment. Responsibilities include shaping talent assessment, bench strength planning, leader development, and executive coaching.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading Organizational Development functions.
• Experience designing talent assessments and bench strength planning.
• Ability to coach executives.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and HR.

Responsibilities

• Design talent assessment and bench strength processes to identify future leaders for critical roles.
• Run engagement surveys and 360 assessments, then condense data into actionable insights.
• Evolve performance management toward continuous feedback.
• Build leadership and competency development with trainers and instructional designers.

My client, a global medical device company, needs a leader to own its U.S. talent strategy. You'll run the Organizational Development department and partner with regions outside the U.S. for global alignment.
