Job summary

OmniCable is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Development to shape learning strategy and build organizational capabilities across North America. You will design and govern enterprise learning programs, align with business priorities, and lead a cross-functional team to deliver measurable development outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Learning and Development, HR, Organizational Development, Business, Education, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, organizational development, or talent development.
• Experience developing and leading learning programs, strategies, and infrastructure in a complex organization.
• Ability to connect business strategy and workforce capability needs to measurable learning priorities and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify organizational capability requirements with leaders and translate into learning strategies.
• Design, implement, govern, and improve enterprise learning programs and standards.
• Build cross-functional partnerships to align stakeholders and drive adoption of learning initiatives.
• Develop decentralized approaches to bring learning closer to work.
• Direct learning technology use to improve access, delivery, and measurement.
• Lead and develop the Learning & Development team, set priorities, coach, and partner with Talent Acquisition.
