Job summary

Charter Schools USA is seeking a Senior Instructional Technology Specialist to lead technology integration across multiple K-12 campuses. You will work with school leadership, teachers, and curriculum directors to design, implement, and sustain digital learning initiatives that advance student outcomes.

The role requires delivering professional development, analyzing usage data, and guiding the selection of educational tools. Some travel within the region is expected.

Responsibilities

• Partners with school leaders and teams to assess needs and implement tech plans.
• Aligns technology integration with CSUSA Education Model across schools.
• Designs and delivers high-impact PD (synchronous, asynchronous, hybrid).
• Supports rollout and ongoing use of educational platforms and devices.
• Advises leaders on selecting digital tools aligned with goals and equity.
