Job summary

The Mind Trust seeks a Senior Director, Talent & School Support to lead CSP-funded work for Connecticut charter schools, focusing on replication, expansion, and operator- led leadership development. You will manage TA partnerships, dashboards, and state reporting while coordinating with CSDE and funders.

This is a build role in a fast-moving environment, requiring autonomy, strategic thinking, and deep collaboration with state officials, operators, and CSP grant administration.

Qualifications

• Significant experience designing and leading technical assistance programs.
• Ability to translate needs into strategies, scopes, and deliverables.
• Strong understanding of K-12 operations and school leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead CSP technical assistance strategy for CSP-CT.
• Launch leadership development training for charter leaders.
• Coordinate school support TA and playbooks for replication/expansion.
• Manage external partners, contracts, and payments.
• Lead multilingual public sector dashboards and annual reports.
• Support CSDE coordination and comprehensive monitoring.
