Job summary

Spencer's and Spirit is seeking a Senior Partner, Learning & Development to partner with business leaders, analyze learning needs, and design impactful training programs for our associates. The role focuses on applying adult learning principles and effective instructional design to drive performance improvements across the organization.

You will deliver training through in-person, virtual, and e-learning formats, coach participants, and continuously enhance content based on feedback and trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or a related field and at least 3-4 years of Learning and Development experience.
• Proven aptitude in developing and delivering technology-based learning programs.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to identify learning needs.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analysis: Partner with business leaders and SMEs to identify learning needs, understand learners and conduct needs assessments.
• Design and Development: Develop comprehensive training programs, including course outlines, materials, assessments, and learning reinforcement tools.
• Implement (Facilitation): Deliver training sessions using various formats, engage participants, adapt delivery to learning styles, provide coaching.
• Evaluation and Improvement: Continuously improve training content based on feedback and trends.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with L&D teammates and support reinforcement.
