Job summary

Robinhood is building a PeopleX Analytics internship in Menlo Park, CA. You will design predictive models for workforce trends and contribute to real-time data pipelines transforming HR data into actionable insights.

You will build visualizations for leadership, collaborate on AI-driven workflows, and help shape the semantic layer for core KPIs. This role emphasizes hands-on learning in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a graduate degree in a quantitative field with expected graduation Winter 2027/Summer 2028.
• Strong SQL and Python/R skills with a portfolio showcasing data insights.
• Curious and excited about a fast-paced learning environment.
• Organized and detail‑oriented with good project coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork.
• Familiarity with Workday, Slack, and Google Suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine predictive models to forecast workforce trends.
• Build and maintain automated data pipelines transforming raw people data into real‑time insights using SQL and dbt.
• Support survey design and employee listening strategies to surface health signals.
• Create high-fidelity visualizations and dashboards for executive insights.
• Collaborate on AI-driven workflows to automate analysis of unstructured feedback.
• Define metric dictionaries and maintain a robust semantic layer for People KPIs.
