Qualifications

• 10+ years in talent assessment and development.
• Experience conducting in-depth interviews and producing narrative reports.
• Familiarity with personality and cognitive instruments (e.g., 16PF) and working with executives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person/virtual interviews and interpret assessments for candidates and employees.
• Prepare narrative reports integrating interview notes, assessments, and data.
• Provide hiring managers with verbal feedback on candidates.
• Offer feedback, coaching and guidance to candidates and employees.
• Manage all aspects of client engagements.
• Lead projects including new product development and validation studies.
• Travel to facilitate interviews and meetings ~25% of the time.
