Job summary

TAG seeks a Senior Consultant to leverage validated assessment tools to identify top talent and guide workforce strategy for clients. You will integrate cognitive measures with personality and leadership competencies, conduct interviews, and prepare narrative reports.

Travel about 25% to facilitate interviews and client meetings; contribute to training and development projects, and support new product validation efforts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in talent assessment and development.
• Strong interviewing skills, with experience in-depth interviews and assessments.
• Experience interpreting personality and cognitive instruments (16PF a plus).
• Engagement with executives and mid-managers in industrial settings.
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Analytical and EQ capabilities for candidate interviewing and assessment.
• Detail-oriented with good follow-through and deadline management.
• Ability to work in a client-focused, small team environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person/virtual interviews and interpret assessments.
• Prepare narrative reports integrating interview notes and test results.
• Provide hiring managers with verbal feedback on candidates.
• Offer feedback, coaching and guidance to candidates and employees.
• Manage all aspects of client engagements.
• Lead projects including product development, validation studies, and leadership training.
• Travel approx. 25% for interviews and meetings.
