Sitting on our People Science team, this individual contributor role owns end-to-end consulting delivery for a book of Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts, designing and running the validity studies that turn assessment science into evidence clients can act on.

Qualifications

• Experience in applied I-O psychology, People Science, or talent assessment with validity studies.
• Proven client-facing consulting translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to own portfolios of accounts and collect outcome data over time.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end consulting delivery for Tier 1 and Tier 2 US accounts, with some international scope.
• Partner with Implementations during onboarding to set up science solutions.
• Define success measures and KPIs; design tailored, data-driven solutions.
• Train customers on Harver solutions to drive adoption and value realization.
• Advance client accounts along the hiring transformation journey.
• Design and execute validity studies; translate findings into client recommendations.
• Own data collection cadence and drive data-share contract adoption.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure delivery of promised value.
• Feed field insights to Product & R&D to shape the roadmap.
