Job summary

RSM US LLP’s Talent Analytics team within the Talent Technology Center of Excellence seeks a Senior Analyst to lead technical analysis, data modeling, and predictive analytics across HR data, forecasting trends and outcomes that influence strategic decisions.

You will design and deliver ad-hoc, recurring, and self-service analyses, build Power BI dashboards, apply machine learning and NLP techniques, and drive analytics projects from requirements through delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years using data transformation tools such as Alteryx.
• Minimum 3 years using SQL to query large datasets.
• Minimum 2 years of data visualization for non-technical stakeholders using Power BI (report creation, DAX, power query, and data modeling).

Responsibilities

• Using HR systems and database tools to develop and deliver ad hoc, recurring, and on-demand / self-service analysis and data solutions.
• Independently or with a team, exploring and implementing new ways to take on data or technical challenges.
• Designing, estimating, and personally executing an analysis plan based on a high-level functional issue description or business question.
• Describing your own analysis and the insights you draw from it to others in HR or the business.
