Early Warning is seeking a highly analytical Sr. Lead BI Developer to translate workforce data into actionable insights that influence business decisions.

You will partner with HR, Finance, and leaders to design and deliver data-driven insights on workforce strategy and employee experience. Based in a hybrid role across locations (Scottsdale, San Francisco, Chicago or New York), this role requires extensive SQL and Tableau expertise, with strong data governance and storytelling to drive

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR analytics experience.
• 7+ years Tableau experience with dashboard design and storytelling.
• 5+ years SQL development and data wrangling.
• 2+ years Workday or equivalent HCM tool reporting.
• Strong SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
• Ability to tell a compelling data story to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze HR and workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards for executive decision-making.
• Extract, transform, and analyze data across multiple systems.
• Translate complex datasets into clear narratives for non-technical audiences.
• Define metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks with HR and leaders.
• Support data architecture and governance across HR systems.
• Collaborate with IT and data engineering to optimize pipelines.
