Job summary

Renaissance is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions. You will partner with senior leaders, craft sourcing strategies, and apply data insights to influence decisions. This role supports a fully remote environment with time zone flexibility across CST/EST.

You will help strengthen processes, tools, and practices across Talent Acquisition. You will drive high-impact searches, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure a superior candidate experience

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated success owning complex searches across multiple functions and partnering with senior leaders.
• Experience in fast-changing, high-growth, or PE-backed environments is a plus.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, and closing skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with concise updates.
• Experience using data to guide hiring decisions.
• Proficiency with ATS; Greenhouse experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fully remote environment.
• Knowledge of recruiting compliance and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for complex, high-priority searches across multiple functions.
• Serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies using outreach, referrals, and talent communities.
• Use data and market insights to diagnose challenges and guide decisions.
• Partner with HRBPs, Finance, TA Ops, and other teams to move hiring forward.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and manager experience with clear communication.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and leverage ATS and analytics to improve results.
• Provide concise, decision-oriented updates on pipeline health and risks.
• Lead or contribute to TA projects and process improvements.
• Share best practices and contribute to pipeline development and talent mapping.
