Renaissance is seeking a Senior Recruiter in the United States to own complex, cross-functional searches and act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring leaders. You will craft sourcing strategies, leverage data to influence decisions, and collaborate with HRBPs, compensation, and TA operations to move hiring forward.

This role supports a fully remote environment across CST/EST time zones, with a focus on delivering a high-quality candidate experience and scalable recruiting processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience owning complex searches across multiple business functions.
• Strong sourcing, assessment, interviewing, offer negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience using recruiting data and market insights to guide decisions.
• Strong ATS proficiency; Greenhouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for complex, high-priority searches across multiple functions.
• Serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
• Diagnose challenges with data, identify risks, and influence decisions.
