Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Workforce Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, digital, and leadership roles while owning key workforce processes.

You will collaborate with HR partners and leaders in a multi-state banking environment, ensuring compliant and well-governed hiring, position management, contractor administration, and job documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, finance, communications, information systems, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, HR operations, or workforce administration.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple disciplines and levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, digital, and leadership roles.
• Partner with managers and HR peers to understand hiring needs and align activity with priorities.
• Develop sourcing strategies across platforms to attract diverse candidate pools, including hard-to-fill IT roles.
• Build relationships with external sources to support recruiting effectiveness and employer brand.
• Provide labor market insights and recruiting trends to support realistic hiring plans.
• Manage candidate communications and the candidate experience throughout the process.
