You will design and execute recruiting strategies, source candidates from multiple channels, and partner with leadership to meet hiring goals while ensuring legal compliance. This is a high-visibility, fast-paced position with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4 years’ experience (various degree combos allowed).
• Strong sourcing skills with a track record of identifying passive candidates.
• Results-driven with ability to drive the recruiting process.
• Executive recruiting or staffing agency experience with Sales/Marketing background preferred.
• Excellent interviewing and people skills; fast-paced multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Find, interview, and hire exceptional talent for the organization with focus on quality vs quantity.
• Design, develop, and execute recruitment strategies based on business and location needs.
• Source and qualify candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other tools to build pipeline.
• Cultivate relationships with candidates to grow a high-quality pipeline.
• Set expectations with hiring managers and candidates, and ensure compliance with laws including background checks and drug screening.
• Identify areas of improvement in efficiency & productivity related to recruitment and talent development.
• Assess internal and external recruiting resources and recommend solutions.
