Cox Fleet, headquartered in Indianapolis, is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist/Corporate Recruiter to support rapid growth across 43 states and over 1200 employees.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment for roles from technicians to admins, building a robust pipeline and partnering with leadership to optimize processes. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and multiple years of experience in recruiting, with strong sourcing and executive search skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; 4 years' related experience.
• Strong sourcing skills with passive candidates.
• Results-driven with recruitment process ownership.
• Executive recruiting and staffing agency experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting in IT/Technical, Sales or Marketing fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Find, interview, and hire exceptional talent with focus on quality over quantity.
• Treat each placement as for your own company.
• Design, develop, and execute recruitment strategies by location.
• Source and qualify candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and other tools.
• Cultivate relationships to grow and manage a high-quality pipeline.
• Set expectations with hiring managers and candidates; ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure recruiting processes comply with federal, state, and local laws (background checks, drug screening).
• Collaborate with leadership to improve efficiency and productivity in recruitment and talent development.
• Evaluate internal/external recruiting resources and recommend solutions.
