Colliers is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional in a hybrid role across WA, OR, AZ or IL. You’ll own full-cycle recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and use market insights to deliver top talent. The role offers an annual bonus and comprehensive benefits.

You will source, interview, assess, and present candidates for high-profile roles while ensuring a superb candidate experience and strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to use data.
• 4+ years of experience in a full-cycle Talent Acquisition role, managing the recruitment process from intake through offer and onboarding.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with Workday experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success building strong partnerships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to drive successful hiring outcomes.
• Proven ability to proactively source and engage talent through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to leverage data and market insights to inform hiring decisions.
• Experience assessing, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates while ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of quality and service.

• Act as a strategic Talent Acquisition Advisor using market insights, data, and candidate insights to promote hiring decisions.
• Source, interview, assess, and present high-quality talent while partnering with managers to identify candidates for long-term success.
• Efficiently fill critical and high-profile roles with top talent while delivering a great candidate and manager experience.
• Be an integral team member, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement in recruiting outcomes.
