Job summary

Minth Group is seeking a Sr. Recruiting Advisor to shape talent acquisition strategy for the business services sector. You will lead complex, end-to-end recruitment initiatives, guiding hiring managers and improving sourcing, selection, and onboarding with data-driven insights.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to meet workforce needs, align with organizational goals, and strengthen the employer brand while optimizing recruitment processes for sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field
• 5+ years in recruitment/talent acquisition
• Full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior roles
• Knowledge of employment laws and diversity hiring
• Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or AIRS certification preferred
• Experience with ATS and recruitment analytics
• Experience in workforce planning and talent strategy
• Familiar with employer branding and candidate experience
• Experience in fast-paced matrix organizations

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and specialized roles
• Partner with leaders and HR to implement talent strategies
• Conduct market research and talent mapping
• Advise hiring managers on evaluation and interview techniques
• Manage recruitment metrics and reporting
• Facilitate training for hiring teams on policies and inclusion
• Collaborate with external recruitment agencies to expand pipelines
• Refine recruitment processes to reduce time-to-fill and improve quality
