Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination.
• Recruit for technical, engineering, manufacturing, skilled trades, sales, leadership, and corporate positions across Minth North America.
• Support new-site launches, expansions, and growth initiatives with proactive recruiting plans and pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and establish realistic hiring timelines.
• Use direct sourcing, networking, referrals, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and talent communities to identify candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, background checks, and pre-employment requirements.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and difficult-to-fill positions.
• Track recruiting activity, open requisitions, time-to-fill, and hiring outcomes.
• Provide regular updates to HR leadership and hiring managers.
• Support employer-branding, recruiting events, and community outreach as needed.
• Ensure recruiting practices comply with laws and Minth policies.

Position Summary

Minth North America is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Recruiter to support rapid growth across our North American operations. This role will lead full-cycle recruiting for a broad range of positions, including technical, engineering, manufacturing, sales, management, corporate, and launch-related roles.

The ideal candidate has proven recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and knows how to build talent pipelines—not simply post jobs and wait for applications. This person will partner closely with HR and business leaders to fill critical positions quickly while maintaining a strong candidate experience and high hiring standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination.
• Recruit for technical, engineering, manufacturing, skilled trades, sales, leadership, and corporate positions across Minth North America.
• Support new-site launches, expansions, and business growth initiatives by developing proactive recruiting plans and pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, establish realistic hiring timelines, and evaluate candidate quality.
• Use direct sourcing, networking, referrals, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent communities, and other channels to identify passive and active candidates.
• Conduct screening interviews and present qualified candidates with clear, thoughtful assessments.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, background checks, and pre-employment requirements.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and difficult-to-fill positions.
• Track recruiting activity, open requisitions, time-to-fill, candidate flow, and hiring outcomes.
• Provide regular, action-oriented updates to HR leadership and hiring managers.
• Support employer-branding, recruiting events, career fairs, workforce-development partnerships, and community outreach as needed.
• Ensure recruiting practices are compliant with applicable employment laws and Minth policies.
• Assist with other talent acquisition and HR initiatives during periods of business need.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Three or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, automotive, engineering, industrial, or high-growth environments.
• Demonstrated success recruiting technical, engineering, sales, operations, management, and/or launch-related positions.
• Experience supporting rapid growth, plant launches, expansions, or high-volume hiring strongly preferred.
• Strong direct-sourcing capability and comfort approaching passive candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple urgent requisitions while maintaining attention to quality and follow-through.
• Strong judgment, communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency with applicant-tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Microsoft Office, and common recruiting tools.
• Willingness to travel periodically to Minth North America locations.
