Job summary

Weston & Sampson seeks an experienced Senior Recruiter to connect top talent with meaningful roles across our engineering, environmental, and infrastructure practices. You will partner with East Coast hiring managers, design creative sourcing, and build diverse pipelines that drive growth in a fast-paced, collaborative, employee-owned firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in AEC, engineering consulting, environmental consulting, or related industries.
• Self-starter with high autonomy, accountability, and execution capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts from intake meetings through offer acceptance and onboarding support.
• Build partnerships with hiring managers to understand business goals, requirements, and team dynamics.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage passive and active candidates.
• Create and manage targeted recruitment campaigns across multiple channels including LinkedIn, networks, referrals, and events.
• Facilitate hiring strategy and workforce planning discussions to align recruiting goals.
• Guide hiring managers on interviewing, candidate evaluation, and talent selection.
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and recruiting activity in the ATS.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for Weston & Sampson and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and market trends to continuously improve strategies.
