This remote role emphasizes candidate experience, strategic planning, and data integrity in our ATS, while upholding ethical standards and urgency to fill critical roles. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting (or 10+ years without a degree).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6 years of full cycle recruiting experience; or 4+ years with graduate degree; or 10+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, negotiating and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR partners on recruitment strategy and offers.
• Provide high-touch candidate experience through all recruiting stages.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and ensure compliance.
• Demonstrate ethical standards, integrity and respect in all actions.
• Operate with urgency to meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
