Qualifications

• 3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience with a bachelor’s degree
• Experience recruiting for technical roles such as engineering, cybersecurity, information technology, or government-facing fields
• Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with dispersed stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead full life-cycle recruiting from intake to preboarding
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and timelines
• Develop recruiting strategies for technical and mission-support roles
• Build talent pipelines and manage postings in ATS and HR systems
