L3Harris Technologies, Inc. seeks a Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition to lead full-cycle recruiting with hiring partners across the business.

This remote role emphasizes candidate experience, strategic planning, and data integrity in our ATS, while upholding ethical standards and urgency to fill critical roles. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting (or 10+ years without a degree).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6 years of full cycle recruiting experience; or 4+ years with graduate degree; or 10+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, negotiating and closing skills.

Job Schedule: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked – and have every other Friday off

Job Description:

• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners on all aspects of the talent acquisition process to include recruitment strategy, candidate identification and selection, compensation recommendations, offer extension and more
• Provide efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate and hiring manager through all stages of the recruiting lifecycle
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate data in our Applicant Tracking Systemwith adherence to compliance and talent acquisition processes
• Demonstrate uncompromising ethical standards, integrity and respect
• Maintain composure under pressure and deadlines
• Operate with a high sense of urgency (action-oriented)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience in Full Cycle recruiting with active sourcing or Graduate Degree or equivalent with 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience is required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
• Previous experience in agency and/or corporate recruiting
• Progressive knowledge and expertise in sourcing methodologies, candidate assessment/interviewing, selection of talent, and closing strategies (negotiations, etc.)

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C. area, Denver, or NYC areas is $88,000- $164,000. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, Vermont and Virginia is $76,500- $141,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
