UNICON is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist Sr to own full life cycle recruiting for corporate and field roles, including engineers, project managers, electricians, and line workers. This onsite position covers Corpus Christi, Abilene, Shreveport, and Tulsa, with initial remote training the first month starting mid-November.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred; or equivalent years of experience.
• Five years' corporate experience in recruitment and placement of professionals and managers.
• Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Screen resumes and interview candidates (phone or in person) for exempt and non-exempt roles.
• Coordinate interviews and reference/background checks; extend offers for openings.
• Work with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and ensure compliance with laws.
• Maintain ATS data and candidate communication; support onboarding.
• Drive process improvements for an efficient, compliant recruiting process.
