AEP Service Corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator Senior SG4 on-site in Corpus Christi or Abilene, Texas. The role supports all functions of Talent Acquisition, from interview scheduling to onboarding and post-offer activities.

The candidate will coordinate travel, manage background checks and I-9s, and ensure documentation is accurate and compliant. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Six years of recruiting-related experience.
• Knowledge of full life-cycle recruiting policies and practices.

Responsabilités

• Partners with Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure a compliant recruitment process.
• Coordinates and schedules interviews with candidates, managers, and interview teams.
• Arranges candidate travel and accommodations and processes related reimbursements.
• Manages post-offer and pre-employment steps, including background checks, drug screenings, and I-9 documentation.
• Reviews candidate and hiring documentation for accuracy, policy compliance, and regulatory adherence.
