Job summary

hive + co in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full life cycle recruiting for engineers, project managers, electricians and line workers. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR management or related field preferred; or equivalent years of experience.
• Five years’ corporate recruiting experience including 3 years with ATS and internet sources.
• Valid driver’s license and strong business acumen.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and cultural awareness.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR to determine staffing needs and priorities.
• Screen resumes, interview candidates (phone/in-person), administer assessments and reference checks.
• Make recommendations for hires and offers for exempt and non-exempt roles.
• Serve as recruiting expert within assigned territory and manage internal transfers.
• Maintain relationships with clients and ensure onboarding and regulatory compliance.
• Improve processes and ensure ATS data integrity and compliance with laws.
