Job summary

Freeport-McMoRan is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment activities for Bagdad, AZ operations. You will review candidate backgrounds, manage the ATS workflow, and partner with site HR and managers to ensure timely hires.

In-person presence up to 3 days per week is required, with travel as needed. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a path to advance within the Talent Acquisition team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years Talent Acquisition/HR-related experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years in TA/HR.
• Understanding of EEO and Affirmative Action policies.
• Understanding of employment law as it relates to hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Review applications and conduct screening to match minimum qualifications.
• Manage requisition and candidate flow in the ATS with updates to candidates and hiring managers.
• Supervise TA Coordinator activities and mentor contractors; assist with training materials.
