Job summary

Freeport-McMoRan is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to oversee the full lifecycle of recruiting across multiple channels at our Bagdad, AZ operations. You will manage job postings, candidate screening, offers, and background checks, while partnering with site HR and managers to build a strong candidate pipeline.

You will lead recruiting events, develop relationships with agencies, and provide guidance on ATS usage and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience inTalent Acquisition or HR-related roles across multiple channels.
• Ability to review applications and align backgrounds to role requirements.
• Experience with background checks, offers, and pre-employment processes.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle Talent Acquisition across multiple channels.
• Screen and assess candidates; coordinate background checks and pre-employment exams.
• Manage requisition and candidate flow in ATS; communicate with candidates and managers.
• Build strong relationships with site HR, hiring managers, and leadership.
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies and partners to qualify candidate pools.
• Lead hiring events and provide training on recruiting processes.
