Job summary

Freeport-McMoRan Inc. seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment efforts at the Bagdad, AZ site with a hybrid schedule (up to 3 days in the office). You’ll partner with site HR and leaders, manage ATS processes and drive candidate experiences.

Responsibilities include developing relationships with managers, producing reports and metrics, overseeing TA events, and guiding junior staff. A strong TA/HR background and knowledge of recruiting practices are required.

Qualifications

• Requires 8 years Talent Acquisition/HR experience or a Bachelor's with 5 years in TA/HR.
• Understanding of EEO and employment law as it relates to hiring practices.
• Knowledge of recruiting processes, procedures and sourcing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Review applications to ensure candidate background matches minimum qualifications and initiate background checks.
• Manage real-time requisition and candidate process flow within the ATS; provide updates to candidates and hiring managers.
