Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6 years Talent Acquisition/HR experience or Bachelor’s degree with 3 years Talent Acquisition/HR experience.
• In-person work from Bagdad, AZ up to 3 days per week.
• Domestic travel up to 10% annually.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle Talent Acquisition across multiple channels and provide strategic hiring solutions.
• Review applications and conduct screenings, initiate background checks, prepare offers.
• Manage real-time requisition and candidate flow in the ATS; update candidates and managers.
• Build relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and Site HR; provide ATS training as needed.
• Collaborate with recruitment agencies and partners to qualify candidate pools.
• Lead offers, negotiations and closing with Compensation; discuss salary and incentives.
• Lead Talent Acquisition projects and events to build candidate communities and networks.
• Generate routine/ad hoc reports and PowerPoint presentations.
